Fee Structure:
The placement fee is calculated as a percentage on the Total Cost to Company (TCTC) per annum:
Permanent Placements : 15% on TCTC per annum
One Year Contract Placement : 15% on TCTC per annum
Month to month Contract Placement : As per project requirements
Payment Terms:
Fees are payable within 7 (seven) days from date of invoice and/or commencement date of Candidate.
Guarantee Period:
Full Circle Recruitment provides a guarantee to the client that the candidate shall not resign or abandon the position accepted for a period of 3 (three) months except in the exercise of the candidate’s legally protected / constitutional rights of governing legislation:
In the event that the candidate fails to commence employment or remain in employment, the Company undertakes to replace said candidate, if reasonably possible, and in the event that a suitable replacement candidate cannot be placed the Company shall reimburse the Company on the following basis:
- 75% of placement fee in the event that the candidate resigns within 30 (thirty) days of commencement of employment.
- 50% of the placement fee in the event that the candidate resigns within 60 (sixty) days of commencement of employment.
- 25% of the placement fee in the event that the candidate resigns within 90 (ninety) days of commencement of employment.
